Here are the before and after pics of my coat closet make-over. In the first pics- I couldn't even move the coats to get anything. I pulled everything out, made my own layering hangers using rubber bands and twist ties, and put little items in the hanging shoe bag on the door. Three big Wal-Mart bags hold tissue, ribbons, and gift bags. Above-boxes hold purses and computer supplies. Now that looks better!
